As I posted in an earlier topic my 07 coupe has 19s on the rear and 18s on the front. I want to go with all 19s or all 18s so I can rotate the tires. Any advice on wheel size, offset, and brands of wheels will be greatly appreciated. What set-ups are you guys running?

A set of 18x8 with 30mm offset should work just fine. I assume you want something more of a touring setup instead of sport so 245-40-18's will probably do OK as well.

ahhh, 30 offset is too weak, read over my sticky on wheel offsets that are commonly used.

I'm just throwing something safe out there like the stocker size 18's from the 1st gens. Using 2nd-gen 19's would probably be a safe bet as well. No, they won't be flush, that's for sure.

What are the widest tires that can be used on the front and what size wheel would I need to use those tires tires? (width and offset) I am a complete newb when it comes to anything other tham OEM for wheels and tires for cars. Did any of the 07 coupes come with the same size tires all the way around? I would really like to be able to rotate the tires for longer life. Thanks for all the the replies.

I'd say the easiest way would be for you to pick a set and then we'd be able to give you an accurate size. Or tell us your price range and we can suggest some for you. I'm running 19x8.5 +15 and 19x9.5 +13 offset wrapped in 235/35/19 and 275/30/19.

Right now my car has 245/40/18 on the front and 275/35/19 on the rear. The wheels and tires were on the car when I bought it on 3/1/10. I don't know the offsett or width of the wheels.I want to be able to rotate the tires in a normal fashion. I want to run the widest tires possible with out any issues. I'm thinking the 245/40/18 all around. Can I run a wider tire on the front without any rubbing issues? I wouls like to get the new wheels for say, 1000 to 1500 for all four. Is that a reasonable expectation for a good set of wheels?

If you're on stock suspension, i wouldn't worry about rubbing issues. If you want wider, why not 255 or even 265? As long as the offsets are on the aggressive side it should be fine. As for the wheels, I have pretty expensive taste, so I can't help you out there. I can tell you that my next set of wheels will be Work Varianza T1S. TOO EXPENSIVE.............
