There is this guy around my neighborhood selling a S13 hatchback. Im not sure of the year, how many miles, or if the engine is up to par. All I know is that the front end is slightly smashed in. When i say smashed in i mean that the bumper has paint knocked off and the fenders and the hood are very slightly bent in. Now I am aware that the car might have frame damage. He wants $600 for the car. This might be because of the body damage.
Now assuming that the body is the only thing wrong with it. ANd that the motor runs well. Should i buy it and put the Silvia S15 converson on it to fix the front end damage. I can get a real good deal on the converson kit from a sponsor. Also i would get the rear and sides. I would probly paint the car myself. So Im thinking i would spend around $2500 on all the body mods and the rims and I/H/E.

I would contemplate a S13 silvia conversion if you really are wanting something unique, or with all the conversions out, you can find stock body panels cheap. I wouldnt advise doing the S15 conversion, simply because i noticed while doing my S13 conversion that if you over tighten something, or get something a little off, nothing fits right... and thats a straight bolt on, everything supposed to line up sort of deal. So, if the frame is shifted and not noticeably broke, it would be nearly impossible for you to fit a S15 conversion on it... you could spend days on end trying to get everything lined up, only to find out your frame IS bent... Fact is... 600 bucks for a 240 is worth purchasing... Id definetily do it.
