If the car has a legitamate 31K miles, then the price is low. It is very unlikley the milage is only 31K. Very few Zs were allowed to just sit. (Remember, it only has a five digit odometer, 31K, 131K, and 231K all look the same.)
A common scam is to take a clapped out car, cover the rust up with filler, squirt shiney paint at it, add fresh seat covers and carpet, and sell the car as low milage.
Either take a crash course in Z inspection or find someone who truely KNOWS the car. There are typical trouble areas that are just too expensive to fix. (rocker panel openings into the rear wheel well is one.)
Good Luck
