Wow I want to see this build. You should make a build thread when you start doing this. Seriously.

As for tuning. Look up Power FC. Pretty sure you'll find what your looking for. You could also look into AEM tuning software and megasquirt. Power FC is what I'd look into.

I'm from TN btw. haha. I wish I knew more 240 owners around here myself.

Thanks man yeah I am going to do a thread of ever thing I am doing down to the amount I payed doing it all as well. right now due to Christmas and new years I am having to wait on a lot of my parts to come in. I just got my valve cover back from been powder coated and I am still waiting on my block to be done after 2 weeks to be dipped and bored. Then I am going to send my crank out but as soon as i get more of my car back then i will start a thread cuz all that i have received out of spending 3,000 are my crank bearings and my valve cover lol what is going on lol.

What part of TN you from I am from Manchester then moved to IN.

There are a few harnesses somewhere that attach to your harness so it lets you run an OBD1 S13 ECU, not sure where to look though.

Good luck with your build... Might I recommend forced induction... NA KAs really don't make much power.

Thanks guys. Yeah I am going to run a turbo i am doing my build based on a turbo set up just lacking the turbo at the time. I want to find a ball bearing turbo to run. Not really into anything other then a ball bearing.

the only reason they only tune a 95, its b/c the 96 n up are obd2 so they arent tunable, u can use a 95 ecu n get it tuned they have the same plug.. or like razi said u can get a s13 ecu, tune it, n then u have to buy the harness to make it work(120 extra) or just get the diagrams for the ecus n do it your self, but it a pain in the butt...

lol, ODB2 offer more mapping tables, and they can tune. Just gotta get it to the right person to tune it. If you do emmisions in your state then you cannot really do stand alone.... (Unless you know tricks). Check with local known tuners.

I read that you couldn't tune an obd2 ecu ether. I even emailed nistune and they told me that you can't. now it could be that they wanted to say that so I just buy there product but I am going more for a standalone now. I don't have any emissions I have to worry with so I pulled just about everything and cleaned that up. So I am thinking about the power fc its pricey but the information i have found on it sounds to me that its worth the money.
