Need advice on waxing, clear bra, and rock chips

Hey guys, my g35 coupe is beatiiful except for the fact that it has horrible rock chips on the front bumper and a couple on the hood. I was thinking of getting the bumper and hood repainted, how much would something like that cost, and do you guys reccomend any places?? After the paint job, I was thinking of installing a clear bra for the bumper and the whole hood. Also, Ive heard great things about zanio products from this forum... So I'm going to claybar the car and polish the car with zanio. This leads me to my next question. Should I wax the car (including bumper and hood) before getting the clear bra installed? Will that affect the clear bra installation process?
