You may not find much for that amount new, so hit ebay for some used components. To be honest, I would spend some time checking out other peoples systems and see what components they have and how they sound before you drop a lot of money on you system.Sub components I would recommend for your budget:

Sony Xplode mono amp for the subs10 or a 12 Kicker Comp VR's sub 4ohm DVC (to get more power from the amp) in a ported box.

Kenwood component speaker set.

If you budget is tight you may have to buy pieces when you have money.

Good Luck

So you're wanting replacement speakers in the rear, a sub, enclosure, amp and wiring all for 200-250? Ouch. It can be done, but you'd be better off buying one peice at a time.

I'm going to recommend a set of DLS RS6 up front. I personally would put a set in the rear also.

Then get a four channel amp to power all this. Call it a day until you save up atleast $200 for the sub and amp alone.
