I want to turbo charge my KA24DE and not looking to achieve massive HP, just enough to daily drive, something like 230 bhp. I was wondering what turbo should I use? To achieve at least 220-230 hp, does this much HP require bigger fuel injectors? FMU? and how many PSI should I boost? Will the KA be safe with stock internals?

Wow, be glad you didnt post this in the KA-T forum. Anyways, go snoop around that forum. Tons of great information there. Just don't post those questions there...

you can try KA-t.org too i know they linked you, BUT... you can get 370cc injectors from an SR20 for like 70-80 bucks, and should be good to like 200whp, and if you jack up the fuel pressure a bit, they SHOULD be good to the range you are inquiring about
