so i recently took off my adjustable wastegate actuator because it didnt let me hit full boost till after 5k which is useless on a ka, and i replaced it with a stock sr actuator, but it seemed a little short because i had to pull it out to get it to reach the little flap thing that it connects to. and on first drive it hit 10psie!!!!! now this is really bad for me because im runnin an 8:1 fmu, with a walbro, so i made an extension for the arm, and got it down to 8psi, but it spikes to 9 maybe 9.5, so im wondering how safe is this on an 8:1 fmu, witl walbro, on a t25. thank you

There's no way of knowing unless you check with a wideband

If you know a dyno shop close by, you should get it dyno'd since all dynos have wideband. they should be able to get afr reading off the tail pipe. stock sr wastegate tend to have boost creep to around 8-9psi, so make sure you retard timing enough and listen for detonation.

best for you would be to get a wideband, something like AEM. GL

thank you so much for your replies, now i know there are abunch of guyz running sr t25s with an fmu, do they experience the same thing, btw i made an adapter plate so that i only hit 7psi, and creep to 8 now. I know alot of people have great success with the fmu+sr t25+walbro setup, and im just wondering if im in the same boat, because i tried to keep everything the same, including an 8:1 fmu

If it's around 7 psi then you're great, but I strongly suggest you get a wideband o2 sensor.
