Need some advice! Am considering a 2011/2012 QX56, but we're in Real Estate and will be putting 30-40,000 miles annually on the vehicle. Trying to talk to folks in the community who have high(er) mileage vehicles to see what broke and when.

I am METICULOUS about maintenance and just want to know if the 56 is a good choice for something that is absolutely going to be a high mileage vehicle in a very short period of time.

I have a lower mileage 2012 QX56 but here is some food for thought. If you are looking for luxury taking your clients around this is the ticket. One consideration is Terrible... I mean Terrible gas mileage. I am averaging 15 mpg and 2/3 is on the highway.

Although this truck has 400hp, I am driving it conservatively. ( I have a 500hp sports car to go fast).

In sum, 30k miles/15mpg x $2.65 gal = $5300.00 of gas

yeah one does not purchase this particular vehicle to save on petrol. its a beast, heavy and a hungry engine.

nissan make good products so you cant go wrong with this vehicle. i have been an armada user and qx user since 2006 and my experience with the company is sound.
