need advice for wheels

i am planning on buying some wheels for my z. i want a deep dish but im not sure what offset i would need. i want them as wide as they can go without having to put spacers on. im trying to go with 18x8 in the front and 18x9 in the back. what would be a good offset with that? or what is recommended?
