need a rebuild on a KADE

not sure if this is the right forum but whatev.

I recently bought a KA24de from a 92 se, it was running and only has like 75,000 miles on it. a friend was supposed to build it up and install it in my s13 for me but he moved out of state. the single-cam that is in it now is dying slowly. Now I need someone who knows WTF to do to this engine. Can anyone recomend someone or somewhere in the Sarasota/Tampa area that wont rape me? I am not looking for a turbo or anything crazy, just reliable dual cam power. any help will be appreciated.
