Need a pic of a nismo fpr on rb25

Discuss the RB20, RB25 and RB26 series engines.

Just got my nismo fpr today and I want to see one installed so as to do it right. It might be very simple I just dont have the intake manifold at my house right now but this thing looks like it wont bolt on. Noob question I know but help me out. I searched.

just look at the old one and swap it. how hard can it be?! make sure you open the fuel cap, so it release the pressure, before taking off hte lines.

you are correct. That is the wrong one. It looks exactly like the old one. Just has an adjustment screw in the back.

that will not release the pressure in the lines.

i got the same one and it works for me, u just need an rail adapter.

get the one that goes into the rail directly. much cleaner.

u aint lieing it took me forever to find a decent mounting point and it was my friend "350g" who figured a decent spot i think aeromotive also makes a bolt on solution too and synapse does as well

thats because aeromotive and other aftermarket universal FPRs are meant to be remote mounted. nismo is oem replacement, so most ppl mount it how you're supposed to.

That's the Nismo/Tomei Type-B for universal mounting applications. The Type-A is the direct replacement and bolts to the fuel rail.

lol remote is until i can afford to build my oil cooler and remote filter setup with thermostatic and here is synapse that bolts onto the rail http://www.synapseengineering.com/
