Need a new battery for an 02 SE-R Spec-V

A great resource for Nissan Sentra, Infiniti G20, 200sx, Pulsar, NX1600, NX2000, Tsuru, Primera and Sunny owners.

Which battery should I get? And from where? Are there high-quality, performance batteries that are better and/or more durable?

Unless you've got a bunch of electronics, just buy a regular long-life one from Autozone/any other retailer.

They also mention that it might not quite fit, and require re-sizing. That sounds like a hassle.
