With the navigation screen so high on the dash, the sun reflects off the screen and makes the screen almost impossible to see. Has anyone found a good looking hood to shade just the screen? Something that would look like it was from the factory.

Thanks

I don't recall having this issue. Sorry for the dumb question, but maybe the brightness is turned too low for daytime use?

If not, I searched "navigation sunshade" on Google and came up with a ton of options. Good luck, and post photos here if you go this route so that others can enjoy too :)

This is true... It does happen often at certain angles of the sun (different times of the day) however, I just ignore it!! :gotme

thanks to all, I was just wondering if Infiniti or someone had created or ran across one that looks really nice/factory.

WOW!!! That is awesome. Looks like factory to me. I wish they made a retro hood and vent assembly like that which would slide over the existing dash and speaker.

Thanks

Off topic a little, but that leather with contrasting stitching is wonderful! I may have to put that on my "to-do" list in the future!!!

I noticed the same thing on my first test drive. No problem in my Audi with the screen lower in the dash...

have you thought about putting an anti-glare screen on it? I plan on doing that and give it a shot. I get the same issues sometimes, maybe i should just get darker tint
