need a lot of parts, help me shop!

i have a few things i need to buy but im trying to get the best deal so i thought id ask on here. fyi i drive an s14.

1. I need longer wheel studs to mount some rims, as the stock ones do not go far enough through the bolt holes to get a good grip with the lugs. i need 10, if they are not very expensive i will just go ahead and do the whole car. does anyone know where i can get these at a good price?

2. I just got an arospeed bucket seat (i know, rice rice rice, but hey it was cheap) and it came with universal sliders which have no chance of working. I have been trying to ghetto rig my stock sliders to fit but that isnt working out too well. Does anyone know if corbeau or bride or any other rails that are made specifically for a 240sx will fit this seat? i will take measurments if anyone has one of these rails and would be willing to check for me. if somone can confirm if these rails work, does anyone know where to get a good deal on one?

3. finally, i have a sizeable dent in my quarterpanel and it would be cheaper to slap a sideskirt on it than get the bodywork done. anyone know where i can get cheap sideskirts that have a good chance of fitting to my car? im scared of getting an ebay thing and having none of it fit. also, if anyone knows where to find specific body kits, i am partial to the 270R copy sideskirts.
