need a little help...

Hey guys i need your advice. A friends of mine has a 95 240 and it just died out of the blue. So he took it to the mechanics and he said that it was the fuel pump at first but then he changed it to the dizzy then to the dizzy and a cam sensor. first off i've never heard of a cam sensor before on a KA. by the way it is a DE. so instead of him paying increddible amouts at the mechanics i thought id give it a try for him. hes a cool guy and a good friend. anyways the old dizzy was bad. changed it... now we have spark and fuel butit wont run, any ideas??? if you need anymore info just ask me..i greatly appreciate any help possible.

we check his dizzy and it was bad so i had a spare one so i put it on and we have spark but it wont start up. and ideas tried timing but nothing
