Need a little help

Im installing an SR in a s13 and I have fuel to the fuel rail and spark but It just cranks and won't turn over. What could be the problem? And how can i test the injectors?

make sure you have fuel in each cylinder, and makes sure you have spark on each plug.

if it is neither of those it is either timing or compression.

I just checked fuel, spark and timing all are right any other ideas?

I believe I have found the culprit, My injectors barely spray at all leading me to believe it is a faulty fuel pressure regulator
