i am installing an S14 SR into an S14 , i am converting from auto to stick.the problem i am having is i keep blowing the start signal fuse everytime i try to start it i have not had any sucess in starting yet due to this problem.

i have unplugged the ECU to see if the fuse still blows and it doesnt..could this mean the ECU is bad. or could i have another problem that i just cannot see.. The engine cranks over fine but i have no injector pulse and no fire due to the loss of the start signal..

HELP...lol

Blown fuses mean you have a short.

You have a volt-ohm meter ? It's time to start rechecking all your wiring.

I had this problem in my 240sx with a SR20 swap. The Alternator was grounding out on the cooling line on the power steering line. Just a thought
