Need a little help finishing up my swap wiring

Everything is installed and ready to go....except the wiring. I followed the directions from sr20.hybrids.jp and did all that. But now what i'm left with is several plugs for the SR attatched to the F3 which is still connected to the KA ECU and harness. So what do i do with all the wires that are still attatched to the KA harness and ECU plug(because i obviously don't use them)?

Try using the guide to rewiring on this page. very short but tells exactly what to rewire and what to leave alone. http://www.srswap.com/faq/#ecuwiring

thanks for the link but i've already been over that site. i actually bought my engine from heavy throttle but when i called up to ask a few questions the guy on the phone had no idea what was going on. but since i made the first post i just left everything as it was and plugged it in to see if everything still "lit up" with the power on...and it did, so thats encouraging. unfortunatly due to my work schedule tomorrow will be the first chance i've had to really work on it since weds. i should be able to get it started tomorrow. i'm pumped

and oh yea, its an S13 into S14, so the directions on heavy throttle aren't quite the same

i should be finishing up my s13 into s14 in the next couple of days too. motor in... just working on wiring and hoses. but good luck to ya.
