need a head for a ka24e

i have a 90 240sx with the stock ka24e and the cam journals in the head are beyond gone anyone that could help me i would greatly appriciate it. i have a good cam i was going to put in but when i removed the old one i found how bad the journals where and it would ruin the good cam. so again any help would be appriciated
