what do you mean? i believe there are about a dozen different grills out there. how you get a hold of one is a different story though.

Then post a list of them on here. The ones for the Cedric WILL NOT work without modification. If your going to go that far you may as well just have a custom one made, then there is an infinite amount of them.

I've never seen a dozen grills for our car......only aftermarket ones are in Japan, and I can tell you from experience that the Cedric headlight grills will not fit.

As long as the grill is made for the JSpec Y34, it will not fit right. Plus, if your grill is for the Cedric headlights, it also will not fit.

I think the AC grill/bumper is made for the US spec cars, so that's the only one to my knowledge that will fit. All the others, and I only know of a handful, will not fit.

Anyone here even consider removing the grill and have it painted body color to match? Anyone here good with Photoshop?

Be interested to see what this would look like with my Garnet-Fire example.

My grill is also showing signs of age and chips. $200.00 for a replacement may be the only way to go?

Just curious what everyone's opinion of painting it to match is?

Do you have a pic of the old one? I wonder if I could have these remade out of aluminum or something? I would have to see mine in a few years from now if it is going to chip as well.

probably not a few years...try maybe some highway driving and one of those stupid dump trucks with the so called cover over the top and all you hear is tiny peebles hitting your car...i should have got his tag number and made them replace the grill....my grill was immaculate and never looked close to chipping....now i have 2 pretty big chips

OH AND BTW...NEVER try one of those junkyard websites that say they can search 1000 junkyards....welll i gave them my email address and i get all these emails saying "we have your part" only to call the number and no one has the part (grill of course) so stay away from those unless it is a common part or your email will be flooded
