Need a good bodywork/painter person ASAP!

I have a crisis:

It has come time to paint my car. It needs a little bit of body work (little dings etc) and then needs to be professsionally sprayed inside and out. Here's the issue: My brother had some pros set up to do it, but they decided to move to soCal. Here's the catch: I can't have any old shop do it because they quoted me around $1600-2000 for body and matte white paint all together. Has anyone got any shops/Nico friendlys in the Bay Area or in Sonoma/Napa Valley that could get even CLOSE to that price for a decent job?

PS: please don't tell me to rattle can the car, I have already considered it and decided I need it pro-done. Flat white or Flat black preferred, not rich enough for gloss LOL!

get single stage paint it has clear coat mixed in with it and will give you a nice glossy look.My friend did his car white at college in auto body with single stage paint. He got the paint for free from a friend but it doesnt cost more than 60 bucks a quart and idk how many quarts you need but he had alot left over.
