Yes, and when "they" see them violating the Terms of Use (running checks for other people), they revoke their CF access/use. Seriously, CF has people that surf the web looking for this type of violation.

Seriously? I'm gonna e-mail carfax and tell them to give me my money back if i can't use it the way "I" want to. Thats BS if its true.... by purchasing their product i should have the right to use it in the ways i choose... Not bashing you, just saying thats BS don't you think.....

thanks...

btw i can afford the $30. i did buy the car and it was $16700 its a 2004 with 21k miles and its in perfect condition. I put down $11500 and my brother and my dad paid the rest. at the time when i posted my brother and my dad were at the bank and so i didnt have a credit card to pay for it. and my debit card only has 40ish if that. plus i have spent most of my time here on the 300zx section where people are more then happy to help out.

Its no ones business, don't worry about it.... you made it work for you, and you got some help on the carfax.... i would have done the same, if i were in that boat...... Post some pics as you mod that red beast....

No problem here in the 350Z forum we are honest, and of course willing to help at all times, HONESTly. But I appreciate your explanation, glad to see you slapped the 350Z badge on your chest. Next time dont get so offensive, my uncle works for carfax and he owns a Z, just thought I hope he doesnt see this forum.

Take a look at the Terms Of Service ... I'm just trying to save anyone from getting their "service" revoked.

thanks

the car was in lubbuck is a pretty small town out in the west part of texas. the biggest thing there is texas tech so not to many people looking to buy z's. the owner is moving to australia later on this week and had to sell.the original asking price was $18500 but its been a month of the car on craigslist and on autotrader and his last resort was taking it to the dealership which was going to give him $16000. the car is seriously in almost perfect condition and the reason i say almost is there are a couple of rock chips in the front which isnt a big deal cause most of my friends have seen the car and not one person has notice.

one question is the front headlights look a little hazy. a little on the inside and outside of the lens. is there anything i can do?
