Need a bit of help identifying a few wires (S14 KA24DE)

I'm currently swapping an OBDII KA24DE engine in my S12. I was following a guide from club-s12.org to do the wiring but the guide is meant for S13 KA24DE. The only wiring that need to be done is the wires that connect from the S12 body harness to the S14 upper engine harness. But the S14 connectors seem to be different than the S13 ones so I was hoping that somebody could help me figuring out which wires does what. I've spend the last evenings looking over and over in various S14 FSM without any luck (or i'm just missing something).

this would be the S13 connectors I would be looking at, they sit around the battery when the harness is installed:






Instead here is the connectors I have on the S14 harness:








So even the colors doesn't seem to match all the times. If someone can at least direct me about which wires from the S14 harness are necessary to get the engine running properly, that would be greatly appreciated!
