Need a 240 electrician in MD. Need help pronto!!

Well, I picked up a piece. A 240 which is in electrical shambles because the previous owner just treated her like crap and installed an alarm. The wiring job, however, has a severe case of 's***'. Its just plain and simple rubbish. Electrical tape everywhere with no soldering of various key wires

Anyways, heres my issue. I have no horn, the abs light is on (meaning no abs), there are various wires in the engine bay which have no connectors, and the turn signal is messed up. If anyone wants to swing by my house or have me swing by theres or meet up somewhere to help diagnose, let me know. I am willing to pay if your also willing to fix and diagnose (or atleast buy you a 12 pack heineken or something).

Just let me know through here or PM. I need to get this done withing the next few days as inspection is 2 weeks away and I have not much time (still have an exhaust to install, changing tie rods, all fluids flushed and changed, need tires mounted up, and a few other miscellaneous problems). But wiring, I just have no clue.
