from what you wrote im assuming you need a 2001 qx4 drivers side mirror.

which i think your going to have to find at a junker, or dealership, because another thing is you couldnt swap it out with a pathy's because i think the infiniti;s are blue tinted, so it would look different on both sides if you did, even tho i want the blue tinted ones on my pathy.

Actually they are interchangeable. The shop that replaced the mirror replaced it with a pathy mirror and the owner at the time did not notice. So I'd be wiling to trade someone a perfectly good pathy mirror.
