Many have put newer maxima wheels on J's with good success.

Or try to get the BBS J30 wheels (which I presume you dont have on your car, if you did u wouldn't be looking to upgrade), they are a great fit and look sharp.Strong, light, and great runout too.But they are still popular for these very reasons so its not so easy to get a deal on them.

Fred...:)

I prefer the factory 17" alloys from the 97-01 Q's. I have the standard ones (chromed), but I also like the ones that came on the 't' model. 5-spoke design, very sharp.

Check ebay, search "wheels and tires" and type in Infiniti. Good deals on stock take-offs (some with new tires) to be had there.

I have a set of 17" stock wheels off a 2003 G35 complete with almost new (1300 miles) goodyear GS-A 215/55/17 V-rated tires. The wheel ofset is 45mm. See my post in the "For Sale" forum. John

Are you replacing your original stock touring rims? If so, what condition are they in and what would you ask for them?

I replaced the original wheels/tires with 16" rims and a higher profile tire for more ride comfort.

The wheels are the OEM 17", 6-spoke Infiniti wheels (17 x7", 45mm offset) that are absolutely unmarked in any way - virgin. The tires are the optional Goodyear GS-A, V-rated 215/55-17s. They have only 1300 miles on them, no punctures, scuffs, or bruises. Tire Rack lists the tires themselves at $149 each. My asking price is $750 for the total package and we split the UPS shipping costs. My phone no. is (585)334-6498, I live near Rochester NY if you would like to see them or pick them up.
