NEED: '02 Q45 navigation owners manual

I need an owners manual for the 2002 Q45 Navigation unit. I have tried to order from the distributor and the dealer, but both are giving me the "it's still on backorder" run-around. It's been 3 months since I ordered the manual... It's worse than ordering the darn car!

If anyone has a manual that they would be willing to photocopy and fax to me, I would be immensely appreciative. We can also work out a reasonable "thank-you" payment.
