NE1 with CA18DET ECU in SOCAL that will let me try to start up my engine?

I'm having a problem starting up my CA motor. I suspect it is the ECU since I am not getting the 2 light to lite up when I try to read error codes. I am also not getting fuel and sparking from the plugs. When I received the ECU with the motor set it was a little banged up so I hammered the small dents out. I just want to use someone's ECU for a couple of mintues to try to see if thats the problem before I shell out some cash. I would be willing to pay for the time like $20 or so even a nice meal some where. Any takers?
