Gregg, I will have a 240 for sale at some point. It's a pignose hatch with a dual cam swap. I'm still not finished with it, I started working on it months ago and kind of gave up, but I think I'm about to start trying to finish it up.

Especially now that my job is practically non-existent. I work in residential construction (electrical), and right now the work has dried up, so I'm searching for a job and ways to make money. I'd love to flip cars for a living, but it's still not enough.

Anyway, the car is a white 90 hatch, has a good body, all straight, no dents, no holes in the hatch, no crack in the dash. Only problem is that I'm going to have to price it a little high, but it will be under $2k. We'll just have to see how it runs.

James thats awesome just please tell me its a 5 speed. Ive got a little over 1k right now so it wont take me long to have 2k. Im hoping to find a s13 thats runs like a champ for 1500 to 2000 so that one would be right up my alley as long as its a 5 speed.

Its going to be awhile before i get my chuki back on the road due to my injury because im going to make sure my finger is healed all the way before i swap in the manual transmission.

Well guys im really tired and on my break right now but I figured id let everyone know that there is now a SR in my 240. Im quite exhausted from working doubles and class, so for now....that is all.

Gregg, I will post some pics of it soon. Like I said it's not done yet, I have never drove it, never heard the motor run, so I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Hey everyone good to hear from you all, hope all is good in your neck of the wood. Things are going pretty smooth for me; I just got my PS pwr window parts in the other day so I should have that squared away pretty soon.

Btw, I was @ Wal-Mart the other day and I was approached by a guy that wants to sell his car. I wasn't interested but I'll pass on some info for anyone that would like me to get more details. He has a '89-90 Coupe that doesn't run for $400. He believes the problem is a bad rod, but not too sure. I don't have any pics nor know condition of the car. He says it's in good shape though. Just post here or send me an email if you would like to get more info.

yeah I guess it does strike me as wierd, but I'm interested nonetheless. A buddy of mine is wanting to swap his 90 over to a dohc KA, but his single cam runs nice, so I told him instead of selling it for like $100, (which is about all they are worth, most of us down here can't give away a ka24e), then why not buy a shell and swap it in and then sell the car?

Yeah, I was a little suspect @ first, but then I figured that if anyone is really interested, I'd be willing to do some local investigation to make sure everything was legit. howdy howdy, anybody happen to have a full upper and lower engine harness for an s13 black top? mine came with an e5 ecu, and my friend who put the harness together decided against ac/ and p/s. instead of spending hours back tracking and modifying this POS, im just trying to get rid of it and get another uncut harness

i haven't touched it yet except for the transmission harness because it was nice and oily and the tape was coming off, so i re-wrapped/soldered the damn thing and it looks straight beautiful. perfect for someone who likes messing around with wires and electronics, i'd rather do it from start myself to ensure its done the right way. maybe a trade plus some cash..

it sucks trying to find stuff to do between paychecks and parts arriving

yeah, all my pistons are like that. but only number 4 broke both ringlands. the rest were just cracked and still had 175 psi. it still even ran fine, i drove it to nopi and back like that and for like a month after that. it just smoked like you wouldnt believe, and since i had no exhaust, it made its way into the cabin haha.

James, its a 96 with 233k on it but it purrs like a kitten, maroon, GLE (leather, pw, pl, sunroof, 5lug) bose sound system, cd changer, immaculate interior and only once or two scratches on the outside.
