Hey James, do you have any pictures of your engine? I don't think I've ever seen it.

Is anybody for sure going to formula d and if so what is everyone doing about accomodations? I'm pretty sure Jordan and I are going. I would like to camp or something but idk if that would work out or whatever.

Putting in the FPR i got from the U-Pull-it Today, see if thats a working one or not.

I'll take some engine bay pics some time, but honestly, it looks exactly like yours to a T, just not as clean since I did it myself.

Pat is that yutaka katayama in your sig?

That's cool. I just wanted to see how yours looked and how you did everything since you did it yourself. Have you dynod it by any chance? I think I'm gonna dyno mine soon because jordan told me about this place in greenville that'll do it for $35.

Let me know how it goes. yours is pure stock right? If so, then yours and mine should be close. I don't even have a 3 inch downpipe on mine yet.

not quite stock. I have a walbro fuel pump, lightweight flywheel, full exhaust, z32 fuel filter, nismo clutch, and an lsd. So just basic stuff mostly. I really want to get a fmic and boost controller.

I have a 3 inch catback exhaust, and a megan racing elbo, and my cat is punched out. my walbro fuel pump is still in my garage, I'm not sure it's plug and play on an S14, one day I'll look into it more. I also have a koyo radiator and an optima battery, not go fast items, but necessary nonetheless.

My immediate plans include a fmic and bov, boost controller, installation of walbro fuel pump, 3 inch downpipe, lsd.

Then maybe I can start doing more than barely outrunning strong KA's.

You should get that walbro in. idk how anyone can stand having parts laying around and not install them. It would drive me crazy.

I'm really wanting more power right now. Maybe it's because i was driving alongside a lamborghini gallardo today on I-85 and i really wanted to smoke him. But alas, it will be a long time and a lot of dollars before that would ever happen. But i like to daydream.

Pat maybe you should think of dropping in another KA, on second thought.

Duke, yeah, it bothers me. But what really bothers me is not having AC right now. I really gotta nip that in the bud quick, otherwise that car will sit for the summer.

well i pulled out my radiator today and i think i found out what might have caused it to overheat and blow the radiator. the freaking fan wasnt even bolted up to the radiator, it was just kinda sitting in there, so needless to say im freaking pissed and to top it off it looks like the radiator has been replaced before because some of the bolts were stripped.

I don't have ac either. I've been thinking about getting it hooked up before summer. What exactly do you have to do to hook up the ac? I have the compressor and everything. I heard you have to run custom lines or something. Idk if that's just on the pignose or what. I've searched a little and haven't really found anything.

The fuel pump is plug and play for the most part except you have to reuse the fuel pickup sock from your stock fuel pump...that is what I have been told by many, many websites.

look at the site heavythrottle.com and click the fuel pump and read the note at the bottom that is where i got my information. Hope this helps you get that thing installed.

the little meets are way more chill now. nobody acts like dumbasses anymore now, unlike in spartanburg. the cops dont care about us hanging out at hobby lobby, occasionally they will pass through up there and hang out. sometimes they walk around and look at peoples cars and talk to them.

Thats what we got around here. Mostly T/A and 'Stang's though. This town is packed with them. On the other side of news, im getting the extra hood painted the color of the car so if anyone is looking for a hood, i have the one on my car that is coming off this week.

Good to hear everything is coming together for you now if you only found out with the fuel problem, but considering your situation might be a bit of a stretch at the moment.

Alright everyone. Now im asking for a bit of help here. I need someone to help me out with the destination of these hoses. The red circles are the ones i know where they go im just looking for the ones in yellow. Can someone show me pics of your KA and where they go? This is the one attached to the intake. It comes to a T and one is hooked up but the other is wide openAnd these are on the bottom of the Throttle Body incase someone didnt know. This is the hose farthest to the right in the previous picture

Greg can you also get these measurements off the carbon fiber hood for the pins. IM getting the new hood painted and i'd like to use the pins. I need the measurements from the edge to roughly the center of the hole. Thanks

what kind of things are they going to because I am wanting to drop a SR20 i wish i had an engine hoist and stand because i could do it myself, but I don't have those things and I have never installed a Jap engine so I figured, I am also needing some bodywork done but I am rambling, but one more thing where is it.
