we will. i am calling everyone even semi-associated with him that i can dredge up. peeps in his area are on the lookout for him. we know where he works and the places he frequents. thanks to myspace, we know where his friends live. his family is next...

Has anybody heard anything from the authorities? The fact that they don't have him in custody by now is total BS. It's stuff like this that makes me think a crime is commited every time these people cash a paycheck.

What's the hold up, are they waiting for him to dispose of all the evidence so it will be easier for them to make excuses as to why they can't do their job?

It's real simple. They have numerous claims of fraud, get a search warrent and go bust him with the loot. If a neighbor told the cops they saw you with a joint, you would be in county lockup so fast your head would spin but this guy is a menace to society and they sit on their hands.

That isn't how it works in law enforcement. They monitor it for a while to make sure there is a solid case, and once there is, he will be apprehended.

head from charlotte police dep today. they deferred the case back to greensboro since that, apparently, although its a false address, is where the crime was committed.

anyone scammed in charlotte go to the police's website and file a claim too for added weight.

they know where he works, every address i have for that kid is for a hotel or other such business. i personally made a point to call all of the addresses and phone numbers he has given out to people he scammed and let them know that they are being used in such a manner.

if i were them i would report it to the police to avoid being incriminated in any way.

This proves intent to defraud. Have you reported him to Ebay and Paypal as well? They should have some type of banking info.

Hey guys, just noticed this thread.

I also got scammed by him for about $200-something.

He actually has the parts, because he mailed out a set of Z32s I bought form him for a friend, but I GOT NOTHING!

It just so happens I live about 45 minutes from Greenboro, and I'd love to pay him a visit, if I could get his information again.

Yeah I hope somebody will. Sounds like the Charlotte/Greensboro PD route is going to be a dead end. If Charlotte refers it to Greensboro because that is the fake address he used where is Greensboro going to refer it when they figure out it didn't actually happen there?

Hopefully the FBI will come through.
