Well, in case you haven't read the whole thread (sounds like you haven't) somebody is already notifying his empoloyer (I think it was AZhitman) and d!ck has the fbi after him for internet fraud. So I think he may get a more severe punishment than you think...nopk wrote:I hate when stuff like this happens to innocent people. It's ridiculous that the guy is getting away with it too. Although I do beleive the law might have some action, I still think it will not be enough.
Keying cars, popping tires on a weekly basis would be a good idea for anyone in the area who feels like bringing a little justice to the world
I know I wouldn't be very happy if I had to get a paintjob and new tires every week. Also, try notifying his boss of what's going on and try tying it into his work. Say that he's using the company address/phone for what he's doing and get him fired.
And to the guy who said killing him wasn't necissary, I do agree, but you have to admit that this guy will never learn his lesson and stop. So, what else can we do?
No no, I read the whole thing, and I know about the employer thing, i'm stressing that it's a good idea.thomasjamal wrote:

the phone number (336) 931-1335 matches his address.d!ck wrote:wish i could get "mommy and daddy's" contact info... anyone care to help w that?
Also to point out, if you sell the seats, then you no longer have a case against him and he will probably not get what is coming to him legally.d!ck wrote:thats a great opinion you have, i will pass it along to the interested buyers loveless.
there is no "IOU" in effect here. legally those seats are my possessions and i have the title of the car they are from to prove it. there was a contract initiated into by "Alec Bradford" for which I also have hard evidence he did not keep, meaning those seats, wherever they may be, are MINE. I reserve the ability to do whatever i want with my property, as is my right, regardless of the location.
Loveless wrote:d!ck, I know it is not my business but I don't think it is right of you to sell stuff that's not in your possession, whether you are the rightful owner or not. It is more than possible that the buyer can not collect so who is being assed out?
As far as I know, legal tendering does not permit this method. Just because person A owe me money doesn't mean I can take that IOU and use it as a legal tender unless it is a binding contract.
Exactly d!ck. Loveless are you meaning to say that my house in another country doesnt belong to me and I cant sell it even though Im not over there? What about stocks? What about me owning spl store and having the factory thats not where I am ship you the coilovers?d!ck wrote:thats a great opinion you have, i will pass it along to the interested buyers loveless.

Id is actually good if more than one person contacts this persons employer. Put pressure on him and he will come out...that is a law enforcement trick.thomasjamal wrote:

Me too, and I still hope I can get those seats! I emailed whatever-his-real-name-is at the email address listed here. I kinda doubt I will ever hear back from him but I'll hold out some hope.Ninja Turtle wrote:i hope that this punk gets whats comming to him
For small claims (at least in NC) you can send the summons via certified mail or take it to the sheriff and the sheriff will deliver it.Loveless wrote:you have to be able to serve him 1st
