Might be calling Tire Kingdom to let the manager know he's offering freebies to his buddies.

yep thats me. if you want the seats, go get them from alec. its not like youre stealing from him because legally they are mine to sell/give away/burn or whatever.

Greg i would definitely let his managers know about his dealings online and in-person. how this kid got a legitimate job i will never know.

after all this, i hope the closest he comes to a car part is the license plates he will be stamping for the next 10-20.

I hate when stuff like this happens to innocent people. It's ridiculous that the guy is getting away with it too. Although I do beleive the law might have some action, I still think it will not be enough.

Keying cars, popping tires on a weekly basis would be a good idea for anyone in the area who feels like bringing a little justice to the world

I know I wouldn't be very happy if I had to get a paintjob and new tires every week. Also, try notifying his boss of what's going on and try tying it into his work. Say that he's using the company address/phone for what he's doing and get him fired.

And to the guy who said killing him wasn't necissary, I do agree, but you have to admit that this guy will never learn his lesson and stop. So, what else can we do?

Well, in case you haven't read the whole thread (sounds like you haven't) somebody is already notifying his empoloyer (I think it was AZhitman) and d!ck has the fbi after him for internet fraud. So I think he may get a more severe punishment than you think...

No no, I read the whole thing, and I know about the employer thing, i'm stressing that it's a good idea.

But no, he will not get a punishment fitting his actions, that's not how the law works. The law will support those who have the most money, and in this case, it looks like mommy and daddy will be able to get him out of any situation these people who have been ****ed by him put em' into :/ Sad story of the world i'm afraid

reverse lookup reports that number is in service for Humana Insurance Company., agent William Lindermann. I will call him later and report that Alec Bradford is using his phone number to commit felony fraud and grand theft.

d!ck, I know it is not my business but I don't think it is right of you to sell stuff that's not in your possession, whether you are the rightful owner or not. It is more than possible that the buyer can not collect so who is being assed out?

As far as I know, legal tendering does not permit this method. Just because person A owe me money doesn't mean I can take that IOU and use it as a legal tender unless it is a binding contract.

thats a great opinion you have, i will pass it along to the interested buyers loveless.

there is no "IOU" in effect here. legally those seats are my possessions and i have the title of the car they are from to prove it. there was a contract initiated into by "Alec Bradford" for which I also have hard evidence he did not keep, meaning those seats, wherever they may be, are MINE. I reserve the ability to do whatever i want with my property, as is my right, regardless of the location.

Also to point out, if you sell the seats, then you no longer have a case against him and he will probably not get what is coming to him legally.

I believe the seats would be evidence as of now. So I wouldn't try to sell them. Just get them authorities to do something already. And i found this number in white pages and some other sites. (336) 273-1559.

Id is actually good if more than one person contacts this persons employer. Put pressure on him and he will come out...that is a law enforcement trick.

Are the Feds working this with the locals? Or are they doing separate investigations? As this case obviously crosses state lines.

I don't remember my law classes but don't you need BOTH 1) cross stateline 2) 75,000$ + worth of damage?

not for this case. there is a special division that investigates ALL internet fraud, including this type i have been in contact with them for a while now.

Me too, and I still hope I can get those seats! I emailed whatever-his-real-name-is at the email address listed here. I kinda doubt I will ever hear back from him but I'll hold out some hope.

If I do by some miracle hear back from him and go get the seats (and send money to d!ck) I will stop by his work on the way back to Charlotte, ask for the manager and show him this thread.

Hopefully the FBI can get something done. I know I don't have much faith in the Charlotte/Meck police when they just figured out how to do this: http://www.wcnc.com/ (watch the video on the right about this NEW technique)

By the way, has anybody thought about suing this guy in small claims court? Anybody that sent him money online should be able to sue him in their own state (I think) at very little to no cost. Since he won't show up you will get a default judgment against him. They when he fails to pay you can send it to the local sheriff where he lives and the sheriff can attach his paycheck so every time he gets paid you get some of your money back.

For small claims (at least in NC) you can send the summons via certified mail or take it to the sheriff and the sheriff will deliver it.

You can read more here: http://www.aoc.state.nc.us/mag...s.htm

and here: http://www.nolo.com/article.cf...3/FAQ/

and also here: http://www.peopleslawyer.net/smallclaims/

It costs $50 at the most to file. You'd have to make 2 trips to NC but if you're owed hundreds or thousands of dollars by this guy it would be worth it.
