NAVTOOL video interface for 2006/2007 M35

Hey guys i have a 2007 M35x with the base sound system and radio controls.. I did some research and i want to be able to play video and things of that sort but i dont have navi and im not sure if this will work. It says it will work with a Navi ready system or with any full color screen... Im not sure if my screen if full colored or not.. All i have seen it do it have the standard screen for radio and CD and the infiniti intro. If someone could please help me out.. much appreciated..

At the very bottom of the page it mentions that it should be plugged in behind the nav computer instead of the screen... Gives me a hint that it wont work on my vehicle..
