Out of curiosity, are the graphics any better than say, 2007, or is it the same graphics but with update maps?

Or is anything different at all besides maps (functionality etc)?

No, it's just the raw data like points of interest, etc. The maps will look/feel the same.

For you guys that update every year or every other year, how much difference do you see. I upgrAded once, saw a place with no mapping before and after the update and swore it off from there.

No, it's just the raw data like points of interest, etc. The maps will look/feel the same.

OK thanks. Thats a little disappointing... I wish there was the option of updating the software/firmware etc to a more modern appearance. I definitely need to update my maps anyway- its WAY off on many streets in my area of Florida after 8 years.

Antz is correct. Apparently there is no 2015 update for the 2007 and older models. The latest map they show is 2014 and it is NOT on discount. It remains at the reg price. Sorry to see that.
