Navigation system in Europe for M35

I just moved from USA to Sweden. I brought my M35 with me and are trying to get a Map update for Europe. I called most Infiniti dealers in Europe and nobody can help.I ordered a new DVD for Europe after talking to Nissan. Got the wrong DVD from Navteq. Navteq refuses to take the DVD back. What can I do to get the navigation system to work?
