Navigation software data not found?!

I have the 2016 map set. Took like 4 DVDs. Why is data missing? In live in IL was trying to get to Indiana but this kept coming up when I typed the city. Munster, IL

My system uses the HD not DVDs, but perhaps your system is like mine for searching. I must first which section of the USA to do the search. Possibly, you may need to go to the beginning NAV screen and choose which section of the USA you need. For example, on my first use, when I entered an address, it was searching in California and I'm in FL. I had to pull up the main screen which showed the entire country (divided into sections by the NAV sysytem) and choose the section that contained FL before I could search.
Maybe Indiana is not in the same area of the states as Illinois and you need to choose a different section of the USA before you search Indiana?

What Larz is explaining got me too, the first time I used this Nav system. Press "Dest" button again to get to main navigation input screen, touch the US map area and select the location you want to search in, then proceed as you did previously. This should now work.

I selected the region which included Il, IN, WI, OH, MI. When I arrived there and U hit the "where am i" button it found Munster, IN. So I'm not sure why it wouldn't give em directions there
