Navigation screen swap?

Just curious if this is possible---

I have an 06 M45 Sport, I was curious if you could take a navigation screen from a 2008 M45 and replace it with an 06 Navigation screen? Also, is there a way to add the Infiniti factory hard drive system to my current 06 if I replaced the screen with the 08 version????

Man I can't imaging that it would be easy in any sense because of the systems being totally different. Now could it be possible?? I am gonna lean towards no still because the integration behind the scenes impossible to coordinate.

The entire center stack is different. You'd have to replace the whole thing. Its more than just the NAV system. Everything is part of an integrated system.
