Navigation screen scratch repair?

If anyone knows of any product that would take out little scratches on my navi screen that would be a great help...

thank you, those ideas sounds interesting but ill give it a shot.. the scratches are not very noticable, but im anal and i notice it every time i sit in my drievrs seat. lol
