Is there a way to allow the navigation system to do inputs while you're driving?

Check out the Sticky thread, you will be able to input while driving, and also be able to watch video on your front screen while the vehicle is moving using your Audio Video Inputs.

Also note that you can use the voice recognition to set a destination for navigation while driving.
