NAVIGATION HELP!!!!!!!!!

This is not for a altima but for my moms 07 GMC Yukon Denali XL. The factory navigation has a screen that folds out and reveals a slot for the disc. I pressed eject a couple times and it did not come out, I then proceded to turn the car off and once i turned it back on it said there was no disc in the slot and it will not eject the disc. Any ideas on how to fix this?

the eject button is touch screen and it wont allow it to be pushed

Any chance it's still under warranty? Most disc drives have a manual eject function (completely mechanical). However, that generally requires taking the unit somewhat apart (in this case, at least out of the dash). Other than that, if it wont let you push the button, I'm not sure how you'd get it out.

I've always used a paper clip to get things un-stuck. Also, i've unplugged and re-plugged in the main system, that works sometimes too. When in doubt, hard restart!
