Navigation CD for '02 Maxima

I recently purchased an '02 Maxima with Navigation from Nevada. I live in Utah. The Navigation CD only works for California and Nevada. Does anyone know where I can get a Navigation CD that works in Utah? I have tried Ebay. Anyone have a Utah CD for Sale or can copy it?

Also, the navigation CD player makes small squeek. Sounds like a cricket is in the dash. Anyone else expirence this? Anyone have any suggestions for repairing the noise? Or might know what could be wrong?

Seems odd that the disk would only cover certain states...I would try the Nissan Navigation Help Desk (1-888-661-9995). Hopefully they won't make you pay for a new disk. I imagine there's been an update since '02.
