Navi System wiring/After Market Stereo

I installed an after market stereo system (Alpine CDE-136BT) and I'm having a hard time finding a wiring diagram to make a cable harness that attaches the 8 pin DIN on the navigation system to the 4 RCA jacks on the back of the Alpine stereo. I'm sure you guys have put an after market stereo in your Q45 cars, how did you connect the navi system?
