Car: Black 2003 Infiniti G35 Coupe.

I have an 03 coupe with factory Navigation. The original cd was scratched so i got my friends 07 Altima cd and i wanted to know how to use it on mines? When i put it in it says disc error?

If you go to navigation.com and look at the 2003 g35 and the 2007 altima, it show that it is different software. THis means that they are not compatible. Looks like in 05 nissan/infiniti changed the naviation hardware and there is a different software on there to run it

Anywhere i can find one compatible with mines cheap? Or anyone selling one post here plz really need one.
