They are SuperMade Clear Headlights with clear corners. Visibility is better and it looks like I would be plagued by drivers flashing their high beams at me thinking I had my high beams on but no one has so far. They look even better at night lit up then they do in the daytime!maj Andres wrote:Very nice!! Do you have the clear lenses w/ corners? Did your visibility at night get better or is the same?
You nailed it, I think it looks great. There's a ton of cars here that look exactly the same, props for swimming against the current.Amtk240 wrote:For the hood haters, to each his own. I saw another S14 with the same paint (I can't find it anymore) and it looked sweet IMO. My car was originally Ruby Pearl so I went back to the roots. It is not my favorite color either but I tried to make it look the best I could. I am not a big fan of a plain looking hood and I certainly don't like the look of one color car with a black carbon fiber hood. I wanted something a little different than the everyday looking 240sx. Again, to each his own.
Whaaaa??Amtk240 wrote:Thanks for the comments. I think the clear lenses help the car and give it a clean look. I have looked it up and I can't seem to find out what a Navan is? It is a town in Europe and a brand of Alcohol but I can't seem to find anything that relates it to Silvia or Nissan. Whatever it is I love the parts.
i would also want to knowwhat navan is. is it like a special edition like harley davidson f150 or yanko camero?Amtk240 wrote:Thanks for the comments. who the fucck are you?? its his car. everyone has different taste. i hate the 3 piece navan spoiles with a passion, and z33 wheels on just about every s14 i see. the way the OP put everything together was very nice. the hood, i think wouldve flowed if you went with a little more aggressive/wild theme, but youre going for that super dooper stock jdm clean look. hood doesnt flow as mentioned before. other than that, clean paint job, and clean s14!!mrgrape wrote:hood needs to go, get kouki sideskirts, lose those wheels(i hate how almost every s14 rocks 350z or G35 wheels..they only flow with s13s.), and KOUKI TAILS.
zenki tails =barf
This... Is not the average, everyday looking 240sx. Simplicity is not always a bad thing.Amtk240 wrote:For the hood haters, to each his own. i agree, nice paintjob but usually simplicity is the key in DOPE WHIPSfor ex.simmode1 wrote:

Your car can still be teh WIN if you listen to advice. I think Sketchy had some good input for you that I can agree with. And I can see where you were going with the hood. I've always had in mind to do something similar with a certain style of vented CF hoods.
But for your car... I'd say color-match the whole hood and paint the wheels gold or bronze for now (even chrome would work. And it would nicely accent your headlights too, IMO...). Later, add Kouki LED tails, some spacers with smaller tires (or different wheels altogether) and add more drop.
The car is meh right now... but only a few tiny things hold it be from looking really nice...
