nav system startup slow

Hi all,I have an 05 anniv edition and I noticed that when I start the car, the nav system will lag on the 'Please Wait' screen for at least 2-3 minutes. What's strange is this doesn't happen every time, but it can be really irritating when I need to input an address... I've serviced it at Nissan and all they said was that there's nothing wrong with it... Any ideas on what the problem could be?Btw, I also heard that there's a hack to get rid of the 'I agree' screen. Anyone know anything about that? Thanks!
