My system is locked up. No forewarning or issues prior to this happening.

1. I don't get the startup screen where you have to press enter.

2. Destination button doesn't work or respond.

3. Clock in the LCD doesn't keep time now.

4. Can't eject the nav disc out of the unit.

5. Under Settings, the nav, guidance and guidance volume options are non selecetable (grayed out)

Anyone else experience this. I'm bringing it to the dealer, it's still under warranty but not sure if someone here has any suggestions. Thanks

First off, welcome to NICOclub! Glad to have you here in the Armada/QX56 Forum.

Sorry to hear about your Nav issues. I have not heard of that being a common problem. Sounds like DVD rom drive for the Nav may be the source of the problem, I would suggest getting it to the dealer especially if it is under warranty. Should be an easy fix. Good luck to you.

Turned out to be the DVD ROM. The dealer replaced it under warranty and gave me an updated Nav DVD because the original wouldn't eject from the replaced ROM drive. Working well now. Additionally, while under warranty they have replaced the right leaking headlight lens, implemented a condeser on the cooling fan that was a recall item I was unaware of and have fixed a rattle that took them about two days an two trips to locate in the sunroof area. The intial fix on the rattle was to put new sunroof glass in. Great service with a loaner car, couldn't be happier.

Sorry for the late reply guys
