Is there a sunshade available to reduce the glare on the nav screen making it more usable during the day? If no products, what did other forum members do or make to help the daytime visibility?Did a search and didn't find a topic, may not be using the right search terms.

Thanks and Regards.Denny

Well, it appears the car is much smarter than I. Learned today all about the day/night button, and as usual stumbled into the answer for this question while doing something else (bluetooth phone). Was looking at the display in night mode during the day and had the brightness turned almost completely up. When changing to day mode, 1/2 brightness is sufficient. The sun and moon button did the trick.

Guess I need to RTFM X2......Denny

Would you elaborate a bit please? I've played around with the day/night settings too, along with the brightness controls, and still get a bit of washout when in direct sun. Of course with our weather right now, it's a bit of a moot point, since we're back to monsoon rains.
