Nav is acting up - Help!!

Hey guys,I have a 2001 Infiniti QX4 with oem nav system. Recently it started acting up.The displays starts fine and then it stops showing blocks of data or sometimes the entire screen goes blank.Sometimes it shows the road being traveled, but it is off by several blocks.It came in with region 7. I have also used region 8 and 9.Has anyone had this problem.Any help would be appreciated.Thanks.
