Has anyone tried ordering an extra "snow toggle button" that resides between the seats on a M35x and installing this extra toggle for the DVD hack? will it work? If it will, why cant I find the toggle switch on infinitipartsusa.com?

The part number from InfinitiPartsUSA.com is: 251301BA0A and the cost is $47.84. It's a 'special order' part so they don't have it in stock, but said it would only take 3-4 days to get in. I do not know if it will work, but I plan on finding out :) I will post up with pic once completed...

That's a lot of money for a switch....wow. I got mine at radio shack for like $3 or something.

If you install the switch in the glove box or center console, no one will ever see it.

Perhaps there is a Nissan switch that fits that opening, that can be purchased cheaper?

Browse through Amazon, they have TONS of switches that will work and some that look very nice and are a good size. You can make some clean installations with a random switch you find for a few $$ so there is really no need to buy an official switch.

That's actually a good idea. I might have to switch my button up. The idea of it matching seamlessly is worth it.
